Can I ride a Yamaha R1

I'm 5'8 and I weight 167 lbs,
Will I be too short to ride it ?
Like would my legs hit the ground if I'm riding the motorcycle ?
Thanks!

I'm 5'8 and ride a Fazer 1000 which has the R1 engine so you should be okay. I can't put my feet flat on the ground but don't find it a problem. The seat height of the Fazer is 825mm so check out that of the R1 which won't be any higher and then go get one.

cherry venner furniture

Veneered furniture can be very expensive. what that means is that the table itself, the top mainly, will be made out of a less expensive wood - poplar, basswood, aspen or others - very stable woods, and there will be a thin layer of cherry veneer covering it. to get an idea of what I am talking about, you can look at a piece of furniture grade plywood, oak or birch are both available at Lowes and Home Depot. Those are made of veneers that are placed at right angles to each other to make them stronger, but the idea is the same. The very top layer, and perhaps the bottom layer, will be made out of oak or birch in this case.

The veneer is very thin and if you are refinishing it, you have to be careful

1. Not to lift it, cause it to become unglued - called de-lamination if you want the word for it

2. Not to sand it too heavily as you can sand right through it if you don't know what you are doing.

Putting veneer down again after it has de-laminated is an absolute PITA and replacing a piece that is damaged requires some good wood working skills.

At a furniture store you can tell if it is veneer instead of solid wood by looking at the end grains - where you would suspect the end of the boards to be on the table or whatever. If it has a natural wood grain, just like the top, that means that the end grain has been veneered, thus covering the base woods.

Veneer does not mean the furniture is a lower quality, some veneer work - especially where they have put a design in the wood - is a sign of good cabinetmaking.

If you have a veneered top on a table, look at the material that they made the legs and apron out of. If it is a quality piece, it should be a solid wood made out of the same wood as the veneer on the top of the table. It can be laminated boards which will not denigrate the quality of the furniture.

they would only veneer the flat surfaces, not round legs.

What kind of patio furniture

Patio furniture, the same as words show, the patio furniture is putted into your garden, your patio.

Patio furniture contains many types, such as chair, table, bench, chaise, beach umbrella, etc. You can search patio furniture images on Google and yahoo. You will find many more beautiful styles of patio furniture. Patio furniture, we also can called it as outdoor furniture, they are nearly the same as indoor furniture. Just a few differences.

If you want to buy patio furniture, please do not forget to buy patio furniture cover at the same time. It will protect your patio furniture against rain, snow, dust, sun UV and so on. It can keep your patio furniture as new, and extend its service life.

Nowadays, the most common material for Outdoor Furniture is Resin. There are few things to take note when buying your patio furniture, and one of the most important thing to remember is that your patio furniture should be made of Non-Recycled PE Rattan or resin. It looks like a real rattan but much lasting and won't attract termites or bugs.

There are numbers of store or shop where you can buy this type of furniture but only a few will give you the best quality.

Garden furniture, also called patio furniture. It is typically made of weather-resistant materials such as aluminium which does not rust. Four types of material are used in outdoor furniture.
1. Plastic : Plastic is least expensive option. Plastic furniture are made up from recycled materials. It can be cleaned with soapy water and easy to maintain. It a good choice for those who want something different.
2. Wood : Patio furniture comes in a wide variety of wood that can be used if one wants a natural look.
3. Wicker : Wicker is woven fiber most often used for baskets or furniture. This woven wood is durable and lightweight.
4. Metal : It has two types of metal, Iron and Aluminium. Iron is strong, durable material. It can be colored to reduce the risk of corrosion and aluminium requires less maintenance than steel or iron and is significantly lighter and easier to move.

you can buy patio furniture just about anywhere have you done a Google search that's the first place i tried and it turned up a lot of scenarios for me, but it all depends on where you live as well and in what state unless you want to buy online you can check out this Wikipedia page i found on patio furniture as you will be very surprised what i found online.

A lot of modern outdoor furniture is made with rattan, although with longevity in mind I wouldn't personally choose rattan furniture. I would highly recommend synthetic weave wicker which is exceptionally well made and built to last a life time, it looks fantastic too. I found a website that sells this furniture below.

Are yogurts like Yoplait's Yo-Plus safe for pregnant women to eat?

These yogurts are specifically designed to help digestion, but I was wondering if it is safe for pregnant women because of certain things it has in it.

My wife's OB said to avoid the ones with fruit in the bottom when my wife developed gestational diabetes. Prior to that, yogurts were OK.

The ones with "probiotics" are supposed to be especially helpful in preventing/treating yeast infections.

I am trying to be really careful about what I put on my skin, and in my body while I am pregnant too. I had a craving for salad with ranch dressing. So I went out and bought that really expensive new salad dressing with no artificial anything. Well I was reading the ingredients list and I saw something that I wasn't familiar with. It was natamycin. Sounded like a fungicide or something. So I looked it up and I found the latest research on it from the 1960's. I had been administered to pregnant rats and dogs during testing and they had birth defects. So the conclusion for human food safety was that it was a natural food preservative that causes birth defects in animals at high dosages but is unknown to cause birth defects in humans (of course because you can't test on pregnant humans) and may not because humans would consume less than the doses administered in the research.
So even though it seemed as if it was safer, in fact it was not. So I threw it away and went and bought the regular old stuff that I had known pregnant women to be eating for years instead of this new fangled food product that had unknown results on pregnant humans. My suggestion to you is just look up any ingredients that you don't feel sure about and see what the research says, that is truly the only way us pregnant women can try to be safe. We can't depend on the scientists and government. But thank the lord for the internet.

Is yogurt and yakult safe for pregnant

they say yogurt or yakult contains live bacteria or sometimes its unpasteurized. is it safe to eat while pregnant? im 28 weeks pregnant now and im craving for these milk products!!!! thanks.... :)

Not all bacteria are bad for you. You NEED certain bacteria in your intestines to be able to digest food properly. The bacteria in yogurt and yakult are the good kind.

Yakult is always made with pasteurized milk. Yogurt can be made with unpasteurized milk but that is very unusual. If unoasteurized milk is used it will always say so on the label.

It is perfectly safe for you to eat yogurt or drink yakulot during pregnancy. In fact it's good for you, so obey your cravings and go for it!

Any grocers in Philadelphia area sell Yakult?

Yakult is not sold in Philly. It is sold at some stores in New Jersey, but they aren't very close. I suppose it depends where you are whether you consider the stores to be in the Philadelphia area.

Asian Food Center

Plainsboro , NJ 08536

Asia Supermarket
700 Black Horse Pike
Pleasonton, NJ 08232

Great Wall Supermarket

Does yakult really aid digestion as it claims?

Yakult (ヤクルト, Yakuruto?) is a probiotic yogurt-like beverage made by fermenting a mixture of skimmed milk and sugar with a special strain of the bacteria Lactobacillus casei. Because L. casei Shirota is naturally found in the digestive system, Yakult is touted as beneficial for intestinal health. It has a natural citrus flavor.

The name is derived from Jahurto, which is Esperanto for "yoghurt."[1]

Yakult was invented by Kyoto University pediatrics doctor Minoru Shirota in 1930. In 1935, he founded the Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. (株式会社ヤクルト本社, Kabushiki-gaisha Yakuruto Honsha?) (TYO: 2267 ) to market his beverage. Since then, Yakult has also introduced a line of beverages for the Japanese market that contain Bifidobacterium breve bacteria, and has also used its lactobacilli research to develop cosmetics. More recently, the Yakult Honsha played a major role in developing the chemotherapy drug irinotecan (Camptosar, CPT-11).[2]

Yakult also owns one of Japan's major baseball franchises, the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.

Today, Yakult is manufactured and sold in Japan, Asia, Australia, Latin America, and Europe, although its bacteria cultures are still imported from a mother strain in Japan regardless of production location.

Yakult actually contain 'good' bacteria that aid in digestion.
But the sugar content is really too high.

Yes because I take it and it help out greatly

How do you know if a website is fake

I bought 3 bags off of michaelkorscoshop.com 4 days ago and still haven't gotten a notification about when it's going to be delivered. Each bag was $39-$65 (it was a sale). Now I'm starting to think its fake.... I used a debit card btw.

That's fake. The official site Michaelkors.com is the ONLY site in the world selling authentic Michael Kors that is legally allowed to use the Kors or Michael Kors name in their domain name. Every other site is fake and breaking the law - it's called Trademark Infringement

The site is also breaking the law by failing to provide a registered business address and contact phone number. That is the most basic requirement for ANY e-commerce site. The only reason they don't put an address or phone number is so you can't find them to sue them when you discover you got scammed. They only have a free @outlook.com address - NO real business has one

Cancel the order on the site, then call your bank ASAP to report you got scammed, cancel that card and get a new one

It sounds fake. Michael Kors site is michaelkors.com. I would try to cancel the order and if you can't, block it on the card you used.

The best way to tell if it's the legit site is good the name. The first one coming up will be the legit site. This one isn't that - so even if they deliver, not likely to be legit products.

Shop known sources. There's a reason stuff was cheap.

How do i conivice my parent to let me sell weed? Im 15 and live in seatlle (its a lefal state)

Your parents shouldn't. Because that's their job to make sure dumbass teens like you don't do stuff that will get them killed. You sell weed, someone is going to try to rip you off... and if you are lucky, they don't do it as a home invasion and put bullets in you and your family. You might as well try to convince your parents to let you prostitute yourself in Costa Rica where the age of consent is 15 and so is prostitution.

When you turn 18 and are legally an adult, you can mess up your life all you want. Wait until then.

I was browsing the web and I clicked on a link to Pornhub by accident. Am I going to get arrested

It was really gross, and I only caught a glimpse of it before I closed the page, but is it still illegal? This was the only time I have ever seen actual porn, so would the police even have a reason to be after me? Please help!

Every time you click on a porn site, the link is logged at the FBI office in your state, they then pass this on to the police. Your name is then added to the list of perverts living in that locality.

Pornhub is a safe and reliable porn site. No arrests will be charged upon you if you accidentally enter for a second

Best to stay away from those sites though..

Dude, I go there everyday lol

Why is crime rate in black community around the world so high

I'm black myself and I understand negative comments from other blacks but we can't ignore the truth.

When Ethiopians came to Israel, the crime rate went up. Crime for aboriginals is higher. black in Figi Crime has sky rocketed.

One part of my family is black while the other is Cuban. my black part has a lot of cousins in prison

My teacher said its because most blacks grew up poor but the Cuban side of my family is poor as well but they don't have much trouble with the law

Let's see, have an area with concentrated poverty and deprived of resources like an inner city ghetto? Check.

Have a lucrative market such as the drug trade in cocaine where some residents compete over turf while addicts commit robberies so they can get money to buy the drugs? Check

Have a gun trade where guns are easy to come by and are used for said robberies and turf disputes? Check

Have systemic housing segregation that lead to that inner city ghetto having a black majority? Check.

Guess what that leads to? A higher crime rate.
It's socioeconomic and environment. Not inherent or cultural problems with black people.

I think you will find any neighborhood in any city in the US(maybe the world) where it was at one time predominately another group of people, that invasion by blacks increased crime rates, the reasons can very diverse but facts are facts
my pastor lived in New Jersey next to Philly and at one time his neighborhood had few blacks, but as they blacks moved in and the others moved out it became dangerous to live in that neighborhood he grew up in
even tho his best friends were black, the influx was the more criminal aspect of the blacks who wanted power and control the neighborhood
he will tell us the story of his friends and him returning from a concert and accidentally got off the wrong sub station and ended up in a black controlled neighborhood, was approached by three 'thugs' who when they finally looked at who he was realized he was their friend they had grown up with, needless to say they didn't change their ways and they ended up in jail, some for a lifetime

Without wishing to sound like I'm making excuses, a very high percentage of the causes of crime among black youth, is plain to see, poverty. The people of Ethiopia are no more likely to commit a crime than anyone else.

I'll put it to you like this. When a black person comes to a new city a place of wealth, they are bound to feel left out.

I hope this does not sound like a limp excuse.

Part of the problem too among black youth (male in particular) is lack of education. Not because they are stupid, but because they often have a cultural aversion to it and see it as unnecessary when the reality is quite the reverse. How did President Obama make it to the top job? It all starts with education and then more education.

Now I'd like you to hear one of my favorite singers of all time.

Isn't it simply that different different groups of people come from different backgrounds and each cultural group has their own traditions of beliefs and behaviors. It is this inevitable difference that causes the conflict. Some groups have a happier disposition than others which leads to conflict at times simply because one group does not understand ( or is unwilling to understand ) the other.
It is inevitable that this occurs, sometimes even in the same family temperaments can vary. What on earth do you expect. ?

Well MY teacher said that the black man shouldn't go to the white man to point out the imperfections of his brother and sister.

If the crime rate is high it's because the white man keeps sending guns and drugs into their communities. The black man doesn't own any gun factories. He doesn't manufacture any guns.

Front door light bulb keeps getting stolen

So our light bulb at the front door of our house keeps disappearing. This had happened about 5 times now. We want to report it but we feel like it's not that too much of a deal because it's just a lightbulb. Is there any way to prevent them from easily taking the light bulb?

Get a tiny video camera that will record for a long time and a large capacity SD card for it. Put it somewhere in a nearby window with view of the porch to see what is going on. Or, even put it in the car and point it at the house. That's trespassing. Our bulbs are exposed and no one has ever stolen them, so couldn't be squirrels. We have a lot of them around here, too.

Simplest way is to change the fitting for a sealed one with a long-life LED lamp in it. You can buy replacement lid screws with a non-standard way of turning them, like a star-shaped or hexagonal hole, but then you will also need the right screwdriver or a hexagonal (allen) key to open/close the lid. Since you may have a neigbour who objects to you leaving the lamp on all night, I'd buy an infra-red sensor lamp which lights only when somebody approaches it.

If you have a globe over the fixture, just take one of the screws out to the hardware store, ask them for tamper resistant machine screws the same size and thread, and a driver for them. 2 to 4 screws and a driver will not break you. It will be cheaper than the bulbs. Once the thief knows you are on to them, they will steal the bulbs somewhere else.

Since I am a devious electrician, I would do something devious and offensive and possibly injurious to the culprit!

You might want to hide a camera and find out who it is.

I'm curious, is it being taken in the dark, when it's on? Is it shining into a neighbor's bedroom window?

Wait outside and jump the guy or gal when they come to steal your stuff, or get some police lights and scare the crap out of him lol.

Electrical help! Burnt smell and electrical fluctuating.?

Hi, So their is a burnt smell in my kitchen, it smells like some wires burned but is not burning now. The house is also fluctuating power, the light in the dining room will dim for a few minutes then brighten back up. The fan in the bedroom bogs down to where it's barely running. Things have been randomly shutting off throughout the house. And keep in mind this during hurricane Hermine. I'm thinking it's the fridge. It's still running fine but when I unplugged it the light in the dining room for brighter. Any ideas? Never had this issue until after the hurricane.

It sound like somone has done some weekend wiring in your home. When you install a wall outlet, ceiling fan or extend an excisting circuit you must always see the wires are keep in uniformity. they are polarized and mixing this by wiring a 3 way switch, fan etc... causes flucuation which through the cylce of a/c will naturally follow the point of least resistance most of time sending the crossed polar current to your ground or what i call a third leg. Most breaker boxes are grounded directly into ground via copper cable attached to metal post driven into the ground. Which would ground the problem. Sounds like you have a second ground which is most of the time a copper pipe used for water supply for the house is attached to since the pipe eventully goes into the ground. Try this, go to a bathroom faucet or kitchen and take the underside of your forearm and touch the soft portion of the skin lightly to the faucet end while holding any other part of the faucet with your other hand. If you feel any small stinging sensation in the soft area you have this problem. Only a electrician can determine if it is a ground issue from the box or improper polar wiring which needs to be addressed. For peace of mind contact a certified electrician and not the guy down the street who fixed his porch light on his own.

Problem is outside. The issues it is causing and therefore the smell and flickering lights are inside.

I'll bet good money the problem is where your service wires splice to the power company's wires or up at the pole and the transformer. As the wind whips the wires around the problem comes and goes. As soon as the wind lays down the problem may appear to go away. It hasn't . You will want to call the power company and get on their repair list.
Calling an Electrician won't necessarily be a wast of money, but if the problem is indeed with the service they will have to charge you for the service call.
In the mean time if the smell continues you would do well to limit your electrical use. Your refrigerator is not the cause of the fluctuation or dimming lights. It is just a symptom/contributing factor.

If you had said the problem existed Before the storm I would have had an entirely different answer.

Plug the refrigerator back in to its faceplate. That is the ONLY thing that should be plugged in there. There is one breaker for only the fridge. Nothing else.
Now call up a Licensed Certified Electrician - Yellow pages
Your house must have suffered some damage. That is Where the Electrician will start and open up the walls again to see the wiring.
Something is wired wrong. Maybe more than once.
So expect for them to open repaired walls because they got to check to be sure everything is done right. It will be the damaged areas they will focus on because something has changed there.

Asking over the internet is like asking over the phone. They have to see it first to know what has to be done to fix it. Stop with the house repairs and get in the electrician.
Next time you won't be as lucky as smelling something burning unless the whole house is burning. You may be sound asleep at that time.
Right now you are alive and suffering irritations"which can be fixed"

This is not as simple as a faulty appliance because this would not cause fluctuating voltage if the supply lines were good.
Most likely there is a bad main connection inside the house, which could cause damage if is not quickly seen to. Best to switch off at the main breaker and call an electrician immediately. If you insist on using SOME appliances, then don't use heavy duty ones like heaters, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower. Maybe just keep fridge and lights on.

The burning smell is going to make an electrical fire. If the smell is in your house, then the problem is in your house. Get a licensed electrician there right away. This is a dangerous situation!!! Stop playing around on Yahoo Answers.

If you were knowledgeable enough to find the problem yourself, you would have done it already. Unplugging the refrigerator makes the room light normal. So what does that mean? You don't even understand! Leave it unplugged until the problem is found.

Sounds a lot like faulty wiring. Sadly this means you need to get your house rewired which will cost at least 1500 or more depending on your size of course but definelty better then it burning down which is a risk you run now. Of course call an electrician to make sure. Good luck. This isn't something you want to put off

Turn OFF the power to your home NOW. Call a qualified professional electrician to do a service on your system. You mention a hurricane and that may have put water with salt and dirt into the wiring or power box. The immediate problem is it could start a fire and destroy your residence and kill people. Many homes have been destroyed because the dirt and salt from a storm provides a short circuit that starts fires.

Keep in mind that you may have to call your electrical utility if you do not know how or cannot do a) AND b) above. And they may "red-tag" your service - that is cut it off at the meter - if they perceive it is dangerous. However, it may be as simple as a bad appliance that once removed solves the immediate problem.

a) Shut down the MAIN BREAKER immediately.
b) Call an electrician immediately.

Are asians(Chinese, Indians, Pakistanis, Koreans etc) genetically smarter?

What's the deal? My son is in university and says that in his classes the top students are almost always Asian kids. My area has a **** load of Indian and Pakistani doctors and software engineers

According to IQ tests they do score a bit higher than other races but perhaps it could be due to more efficient study methods and harder work. Although Asians do have larger brains than whites and blacks so that could play a part as well and in that case the answer to your question would be yes.

No. They're often more driven to do well due to family pressures or a desire to escape the current situation, however.

Lots of whites are pretty blasé because they're secure: if they fail, they still have mommy and daddy to fall back on.

Hurricane Hermine is heading straight for me, should I evacuate

I mean, even as I talk its pouring mad outside, and its already really windy we aren't even in the actual hurricane yet

I've lived in Florida all my life. Been through many hurricanes. Hermine is not gonna be a very strong hurricane so if I was you I would stay where your at and make sure you have a good plan if there is a tornado. If you like in areas where the eye of the hurricane will hit it might get a little rough but you'll be ok. If you live in Georgia North/South Carolina you've probably never experienced hurricanes that much. But I'm telling you hermine won't be to bad.

I think it depends on where you are, if you're far enough inland, hurricanes immediately lose power once they're out of water and onto land so you may just get a storm. If you're on the coast I would definitely evacuate. Prioritize what you take, living beings first then necessities. Stay safe, hon!!!

If you're a liberal you should stay, you can then complain about how the gov. oppresses you. If you're an American you should get out of there and life to fight in the coming civil war.

How do i get money from an uninsured motorist

i just bought a car and a month later i got hit by an uninsured motorist. I do not coverage for that. Now no lawyer wants to take my case. (im in florida). what can i do to this person and make sure i get my lost money from the uninsured motorist?

I will start with the obvious and with, that NO lawyer will take a case they can't get paid. In any auto accident, lawyers don't give a hoot about car damages, but only injuries. Next time look at those billboards or the TV advertisements, they don't talk about your car damages, only (if) you have been injured call Lawyer X.

The only money is in injuries, (you know) the term "Pain and Suffering".

But in FL, all that is required by law is PD and PIP. Fl is one of the few states that does NOT require (BI) bodily injury, (the pain/suffering). So, they also have a law that if in an accident and have an injury, that the lawyer can request the insurance company to provide a declaration page that shows if the at fault has BI or not. And if no BI, then guess what the lawyer is not interested, since once again gets no money.

Sounds like you did not purchase collision to fix your car, so your insurance does nothing. And since you did not purchase UMPD (uninsured Motorist Property Damage), once again your insurance does nothing.

So, your only option is to sue the uninsured driver in small court which you don't need a lawyer and most likely win, but the odds of collecting a dime from them is (zero). The court will award a judgment, but it does not collect for you.

Get the picture? That is why you buy more than the minimum required by law, since your insurance company deals with the headaches not you.

In most cases, you cannot make sure you get your money from the uninsured motorist. You cannot get money from someone who doesn't have money, and most uninsured motorists don't have money.

You can sue the person on your own, if you wish. If you do, then one of three things will happen:
a) You could lose. If you lose, then you cannot get any money.
b) You win, but the person doesn't have any money, so you will not be able to get any money
c) (the least the likely of the three) you win and the person has money, so then you can start trying to get the money (but you still might not be very successful)

You probably won't get any money. You can sue the owner of the other vehicle in court and you'll probably win, but that's no guarantee that you'll be paid. That's why no lawyer will take your case. No matter what their ads say, lawyers are only interested in cases that will get them paid for their time.

People who drive without insurance usually don't have thousands kicking around in their bank accounts, and that's just a cold hard fact. You elected not to buy coverage against vehicle damage by an uninsured motorist, so you effectively said "I'll cover that myself if it happens" and signed your name under it.

You are on your own if you didn't have proper insurance and lawyers don't want your case.

You can start with Small Claims Court, assuming the amount you want doesn't exceed the maximum. You won't need a lawyer but you must have lots of proof of fault, cost of damages, and photographs. You might get lucky and get a judgement against the other driver, but that doesn't mean you'll actually collect, especially if the other party didn't have enough money to buy proper insurance.

You don't. You file with your own insurance under the uninsured/under insurance clause of your insurance that you opted for when you got insurance. You will have to pay any deductible amount, but insurance will attempt to get their money and yours back from the at fault person.

If you didn't opt for that coverage there is really little you can do. You can file in small claims and probably win, but that just gives you the right to try and collect, and those without insurance have little in the way of assets to pay off a debt.

You had a choice, a decision, when you chose your vehicle insure coverage types. You, for whatever reason, chose your coverage not to include under-insured/uninsured motorist coverage. That is the choice you have to live with. If you cannot find legal counsel to take your case your only choice now would be to take them to small claims court and represent yourself.

You could do what the lawyer would do - sue them for the damage to your car. But most people who are uninsured are what we call "judgment proof." They have no money, no assets to take and sell, and so little income that even when you win your case, you have no way of actually getting anything out of them. Sorry for the bad news, but you are pretty much screwed.

You can sue all by yourself with no lawyer, in small claims court. When you win your case you will then have the right to try to collect the money from that person. You will discover that he or she has no money.

How do I know? I won one of those cases. I now own the right to collect $4000 from someone who has vanished. I've not seen or heard anything about him in over ten years.

You can sell an uncollected judgment. I could probably sell mine for $40. One percent. Not worth thinking about it.

Florida is a no-fault state, which means that you should have your own insurance to cover damage to your vehicle (unless the cost is not worth it for an older vehicle) and PIP to cover minor injuries. I don't know how all that works, but maybe you cannot sue unless you had a major medical claim

Rear-ended in a car accident

If you are rear-ended in a car accident, is there a minimum legal compensation that is allowed in a lawsuit as an injury claim?

There will be a basic list of what they will claim for as far as injuries are concerened. But you have to remember that some people take time to recover and incur fees for physio. The claim will close when all parties reach agreement and may include interim payments if required. If you were rearended then they will pay up to the book price to have your car repaired. If it will cost more you will get book price of your car, It is up to you pay off any loan you had on the car before you use the balance towards another car

With a rear end accident, no dispute of fault.

But any injury settlement is based on (where) you live and the laws of your state.

Settlements are based on your injury only. If whiplash, then maybe owed "something", but if scarring, disfigument, surgery, loss of a limb or a permanent injury or impairment could be a lot.

But, any settlement no matter how bad or not, insurance can only pay the limits of the policy, so if you have medical bills of $50,000 and they bought only $10,000, then you can only get $10,000 and still owe $40,000 in medical bills.

The first thing to maintain is the tires and making sure to rotate them and keeping them properly inflated. With properly inflated tires, your car will get better gas mileage and handle better on the roads. Tires leak naturally, so they need to be checked regularly. Over or underinflated tires will wear out more quickly. To ensure equal wear on the tires, they should be rotated on a schedule that is recommended in the manual. Sometimes people will not think about their windshield wipers and the need to replace them. Good wipers can prevent an accident and worn out ones can hinder visibility.

I don't think so. Your lawyer is gonna try to find some somewhere.
You have to hire an accident lawyer for this. (yes they take the first60% IF THEY WIN) and they DO try because they have an incentive. Losing=nothing) It comes out of the insurance companies (theirs and yours) Some drivers do not have insurance(pray you do not have that situation)because no insurance means you have to sue the other driver(if he has nothing, then you are trying to get Blood from a stone.)

Should we send a probe to proxima centauri B

well it is OFFICIAL!
there is an earth-like planet in the habitable zone around the nearest star to the star.
this is very exciting news .

and theres a chance life may exist on this planet. even if there isn't life it could be a place to set up and colony for humans in the far future. our descendants will be able to live on proxima centauri B for far longer than our sun will survive.

so I think the logical thing to do is start building a probe to travel there and start doing recon on the system. is the planet habitable? are there other planets in the system? is the planet rich in resources to keep a self sustaining colony there? are their aliens that exist there and are they peaceful or sadistic? will we be able to share technology with them.

I say right now- all the governments of the world should contribute together to build a super probe that can reaching proxima centauri B within 20-30 years. steven hawking seems to think this is possible.

It was possible, until 2015. Sending a probe to B was a potentially good idea, because in 2012, planet finders claimed to had discovered a gas giant planet around B. But the finding was proved to be false and so sending a probe to B would have no benefit, since the star could just be observed with the Hubble Space Telescope. Although a close up view would be spectacular as well as the achievement, there would be no discoveries made by the use of a probe. So it would be a waste of money. By the way, even the fastest way thought of- a probe with a metallic parabolic sail attached to it, which nuclear weapons would be launched at and the blast would propel the sail forward, carrying the probe with it at speeds of tens of millions of miles per hour would still take up to 100 years to reach the star. But with a demo model, instead of a sail, it was a cone shaped demo model of the probe or a spacecraft. And instead of nuclear weapons or nuclear propulsion, laser beams were used to propel the model up in the air. This process is called Laser Propulsion and the demo experiment proved successful. Laser beams can travel at the speed of light. So with a small man made self-contained nuclear reactor as a source of electricity, and with the speed of laser beams, a probe could first be propelled by nuclear propulsion so travel speed begins at if flawless- tens of millions of miles per hour. Then the travel speed could be increased by the use of the Laser Propulsion, since the laser beams would always outpace the probe. The electricity for the laser would come from the source of electricity from the self-contained nuclear reactor. Nuclear reactions are so powerful with such a small amount of matter, the small amount in the nuclear reactor would be enough to last the entire time of the mission, EVEN IF the laser beam were constant, never ending throughout the mission and so the speed could reach more than double than the larger nuclear propulsion alone.

Yeah, you spend a lifetime getting there (when fractions of light-speed are possible) and when you get there u find it is just a barren waste. What do you do then?
And just because it is in the zone does not automatically mean that it has water.. The star is a red dwarf, so the system would have had a completely different creation process to the sun and its planets. Theory has it that our water came from icy comets that impacted Earth in the early days. But the creation of billions of comets, like those existing in the Sun's Oort cloud, may well be a very special feature of stars of a certain size.
There may be so many steps and "angles" involved in the creation of planetary systems, that it is possible we are alone. After all you can arrange the 26 letters of the alphabet in more ways than there are stars in the observable universe.

I personally believe that said planet is 99.9% likely to be Venus-like, rather than Earth-like. And it is probably too close to Proxima to have a moon. But there may be a good chance that there is a Mars-like planet also orbiting Proxima a little farther out that we could colonize.
A starship powered by thermonuclear fusion could probably achieve ~20% light speed, getting us there in ~22years, one way.
On the other hand, why not just go and visit Venus?
Please read the excellent book, "Entering Space", by Dr. Robert Zubrin, PhD, available on amazon and other places.

Possibly. We need more information before we can justify the cost. So a few years of making measurements on the atmosphere would help. Remember that the Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft have not cleared the influence of the Sun's gravity yet (after 40 years). We would also need to develop some means of communicating over that distance, and re-awakening the spacecraft after many years of inaction.

it is a guess based off the dimming of the light and the mathematics behind it. we have yet to actually see it. so it is not officially an earth like planet. it is simple only rocky.
