Which is the best way to kill off bees?

We own a condominium and the people on the next floor have acquired a hive of bees, which is against the bylaws of our building. Which is the best or quickest way to kill them off without having to go to our chairman of our committee in our building?

Is there some poisonous bee bait that can kill off a whole colony of bees?

This would be the best and quietest way of ridding ourselves of a problem that could be a health hazard.

You can pay to have them sprayed, especially if the African Bees have gotten into a swarm. They are aggressive and dangerous.
Easy way. Call your county Cooperative Extension and ask for a bee removal. Bees are so scarce these days and crops need bees to keep producing. Usually it is easy to get rid of a swarm because people want them alive. They will come. I have no idea how they get them into their boxes but they do and you do not have bees anymore. And no bill to pay or landlord to deal with. Everyone is happy!

Bees are an investment. For you to damage some one else's property is against the law. Which means you will be sued.

You Report them to the condo management. They usually have a manager living in each building. So you can write down a note and slip it under their door.

. It is up to management to take care of it. Pray it is not management that owns them.

At the moment, you are the health hazard.

Bees are becoming extinct. Do you really want to contribute to their extinction? They may seem like a pest and a "health hazard", however without them much of the worlds crops and flowers would die.
Talk to the people next door, tell them if they don't get rid of the bees you will complain. Have them relocate the bees

DO NOT KILL Off BEES!!! (unless you want to starve yourself.. ) we need bees to pollinate our food supply.
CALL the local department of Agriculture, explain t hat you have lots of bees that might need a new home, and ask for a referral to a professional beekeeper who will move the hive elsewhere, or help establish a permanent and safe hive elsewhere. LUCKY you ..I've put up a bee house this year near my flower garden, and I have NO BEES.. I can only hope I will have bees when the peonies are blooming.

The homeowner's association needs to send a letter from their lawyers to give the owners an opportunity to remove the infraction to the by-laws (make sure they were not granted permission). Then the homeowners need to contact the local beekeeping association and allow them to come and move the hive. Bees are an agrarian commodity, and you can be held criminally liable for trying to destroy a hive. There could be monetary repercussions to you if you act inappropriately. If you will burn some light (non-scented) incense for smoke, or a simple light smoke generator. the smoke will keep them away from your area until this problem is resolved.
